They eschew the use of technology to change the human form, considering it an unnatural violation. They constantly lobby for more government support of techshock monitoring and treatment, as well as legislation to control cybernetics, which they consider a symptomn of technological corruption.
Truehuman are accused of being a death cult by many, notably advocates of cybernetics and anyone who opposes medicalisation of techshock. They are accused of activities range from harassing people who use or create cybernetics, sabotaging labs and factories to forcefully removing cybernetics from people and murdering cybersurgeons.
